If you do not have this information, please contact the ZF North America Customer Care Center at 1-855-228-3203 or NACustomerCare.ZF@zf.com to obtain your Facility / Workshop ID#.

Please make sure to have your facility's labor rate documentation showing your facility's name, company branding, address and facility labor rate. Labor rate must show proof of what is being billed per 1-hour worked.

If your facility is affiliated with an OEM, please make sure to have a screenshot from the OEM warranty system showing your facility's name, address and approved labor rate.
