Cub Scout Shootout 2021

WHAT: This fun-filled day will teach safety and proper BB, archery, and slingshot shooting techniques as well as give Tigers through Webelos an opportunity to focus on their Rank Specific Shooting Sports awards for Archery, BB Gun or Sling Shot. Lunch is not available due to COVID restrictions. Please bring a bag lunch if needed.

WHO: Cub Scouts of all ages and an adult partner. Please note: Siblings are not able to participate in this event. Lions are not allowed to do BB Guns per the guide to safe scouting.

WHERE: Chesebrough Scout Reservation. Off Highway 9, 1.5 miles from Skyline Blvd. above Saratoga.

WHEN: This program offers two separate sessions each day. (BB, Archery, and Sling Shot each session.) The morning session will run from 8:30 am for check-in to 12:00 pm with lunch. The afternoon session will run from 12:00 pm for check-in and lunch to 4:00 pm. This is not an overnight event.

PRICE: The fees are based on when you register for the event as stated below.

$35.00 - if registering a month or more before the event

$40.00 - if registering 2 weeks or more before the event

$45.00 - if registering less than 2 weeks before the event

If there are any cancellations, please notify the Event Director in writing at least 14 days prior to the committed date. All refunds/transfers are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. There is no refund 14 days before the event. For registration, facility questions, information and confirmation email camping@svmbc.org. The event will be held rain or shine. No refunds due to weather.
