2018 Coyote Creek Cycling Classic Saturday, October 13, 2018

Location:  Hellyer Oaks Technolgy Park

Program:

10-Mile: An excellent choice for beginners, families, and riders with young children. This route will leisurely take you along Coyote Creek trail.

25-Mile: Also great for the family, the 25-mile tour also follows the paved bike paths of Coyote Creek.

50-Mile: This route takes you through southern Santa Clara County. Experienced riders only. 

Fees:

$40 per rider for the 10 and 25-mile courses*

$45 per rider for the 50-mile course*

*A group discount of $5 will be applied to each registration for a group of four or more riders.

*Rates go up by $10 for late registration (after 9/16) 

Fees include: Parking, lunch, t-shirt, and patch. (T-shirts will only be guaranteed for riders who register and pay before 9/16. T-shirts for late registrants/walk-ins are subject to availability.)

7:30 am to 8:15 am Registration 

8:00 am 50-mile ride start

8:15 am 25-mile ride start

8:45 am 10-mile ride start

11:30 am Lunch starts

1:30 pm Course closes 

All riders are required to check-in. Please plan to arrive at the course prior to the start time listed above. We will be assigning riders into various groups/heats. This information will be sent out via email and will also be available at the check-in table.  

Notice for the event:
All riders are required to wear a helmet.
All minors are required to carry a Medical Release Form on their person.
It is recommended that you carry a pump, a water bottle, a spare inner tube and patch kit.
It is also a good idea to bring an energy snack.
Always carry identification and an emergency telephone contact and number.
Do not leave your bicycle unattended.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Beware of uneven pavement and construction along some areas of the course.
No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the course or park premises.
