Volunteering Requirements (please read prior to registering): We subsidize camp fees through the efforts of parent volunteers. Like all Cub Scout activities, Cub Camp is a family program.
For each participating Cub Scout at camp, our camps require an adult to volunteer at camp for two-days during the week of camp. The adult volunteer may be a grandparent or other family member, a paid childcare provider, or a family friend.
For those families experiencing a hardship committing to two days at camp, alternate volunteer arrangements may be available by communicating directly with the camp’s director or selecting volunteer opt-out below, if available. Contact information for each camp is available on our web site. Alternate arrangements may include paying a provisional camping fee, volunteering outside of camp operation hours, providing other needed services, or coordinating with other adults attending that week.
Tigers require 1:1 supervision by parent, or guardian, or qualified adult for the duration of camp. A Tiger is a Cub Scout entering the first grade in the fall.
