Cub Camp: Vasona

Location: Vasona Lake County Park, 333 Blossom Hill Rd, Los Gatos, CA 95032 (Pepper Tree Picnic Area)

Dates: M-F, July 10-14

Times: 8:30AM - 4:00PM

Cost: $300 before April 31, $350 after May 1

Required Parent Volunteer Days
Cub Scout Day Camp staff are all volunteers. To ensure proper adult: youth ratio, you or any responsible adult over 18 that you designate, must volunteer for two days per registered cub scout. *Reminder, a Tiger Cub (first grader) parent must attend daily with your Tiger scout. If you are not a Tiger parent and volunteer the entire week, then your first camper is free

Help make priceless memories with your scout - Volunteer for the week! Our camps are only possible thanks to our amazing team of volunteer staff putting it on. We need many adult helpers who are able to come all week to be with their Scouts as a den assistant or lead a stastion.
 
Parent Volunteer Days
To ensure proper adult:youth ratio at this camp, you or any responsible adult over 18 that you designate, must volunteer for at least two days per registered cub scout. You can do more than two! *Reminder, a Tiger Cub (first grader) parent must attend daily with your Tiger scout.

Cancellations/Transfers
If there are any cancellations, please notify the Cub Camp Team at cubcamp@svmbc.org at least 14 days prior to the committed date. All refunds/transfers are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
 
There are no refunds 14 days before the event. The event will be held rain or shine. No refunds due to weather or schedule conflicts.
 
In the event that the camp cannot be held, you would receive a full refund.
Serious medical emergencies (may require a doctor note) or death of immediate family members would receive full refund within 14 days of camp. All other emergencies subject to consideration.
