1) your student is NEW to TRES since original photo days on Sept. 18th/19th/20th and this is their first photo of the year at TRES.

2) your student was ABSENT on TRES original photo days on Sept. 18th/19th/20th and this is their first photo of the year at TRES.

3) you were NOT PREPARED for original photo days and would like to do a retake in leu of purchasing orig day photos you would like to order these new photos to be taken on Tuesday, Nov. 19th (Option 3 requires purchase by Monday, Nov. 18th @ midnight and you must also notify your teacher by Nov. 19th that you are requesting a new photo be taken).

4) you would like to keep your original photo day photo package and would like to purchase an additional pose of your child to be taken on Nov. 19th. Note: the photo taken on retake day will be the photo used in the yearbook unless you notify the yearbook committee to revert back to the original pose. You do NOT need to return your original photos if you are purchasing a photo package today.

Do not use this form if:

You have an original day photo package that you would like to return for a free retake. To take advantage of the free retake option please return your entire photo package to your child's teacher a few days before Nov. 19th. Write the word "RETAKE" across the top of the photo envelope and include a brief statement about what you would like changed in the new photo. Example: Open eyes wider, bigger smile etc. Along with returning your photo package to your child's teacher please also email your child's teacher the night before Nov. 19th as a reminder that you are requesting a retake and your child is returning the photo package. Photographer will visit each classroom on retake day Nov. 19th collecting photo packages requesting retakes and leading these students to the photo area.
