Please use this order form to securely submit your subscription renewal order, payment information, and seating request(s) for the 2020-2021 season of the Arizona Speaker Series.

Renewal Period Overview
The subscription renewal period will begin on Tuesday, November 10th at 10:00 am and run through Sunday, November 22nd at midnight. During this time, all subscribers have the opportunity to renew their Arizona Speaker Series subscription seats for the 2020-2021 Season, which will be presented exclusively for subscribing members only and delivered live to you in the safety and comfort of your home via our powerful industrial version of Zoom.
After November 22nd, any unrenewed subscription seats will be released and made available for others to purchase.
- The 2020-2021 season is priced at $140 + $9 ticket processing fee Per Seat under your subscription for the full season, for a total of $149 per seat for the season.
- Each subscriber must renew the number of seats owned in the previous season. For example, for a couple that owns (2) seats, the total price (including fees) for the full season would be $298. For a group with three seats, the total price (inclusive of fees) for the season would be $447. If you own one seat only, the total price for the full season is $149.
- Like in prior seasons, subscription seat renewal preserves ownership of the right to renew those seats again for next season, which presumably will be in the theater.
Not the Primary Subscriber? That's OK - You Can Still Submit This Order Form to Renew & Request
If you are not the individual who originally purchased your seat(s), you may still submit this form to pay for the renewal of subscription seat(s). You will need to provide the name of the primary subscriber. We will honor the priority order of any seating requests you make based on when you submit this order form.
As always, the Series is presented for and available exclusively to subscribing members of the Series only. Non-subscribers will not be able to access or view any of the events.
Also, we will not sell tickets to the 2020-2021 season, presented over our powerful version of Zoom, beyond the seating capacity of Arizona Federal Theatre.
Requests to Add Seats for Friends/Family
When submitting your renewal order, you may also request additional seats for friends and/or family, or submit a request to move to a different seating location in the venue when we are able to return to it.
Additional seat requests will be accommodated in order of priority based on the timestamp of when this form is submitted. We are sold out with a substantial waitlist. However, we will alternate between the external waitlist and our subscriber request list in order of priority to accommodate availability.
Requests to move seating location in the venue will also be accommodated in a priority basis when we are able to return to the venue.
Important: You must first renew your current seats before we can accommodate requests to add seats or change seating location. We will follow up with you directly via phone in the coming days to coordinate your request as a separate transaction, again, in order of priority and based on availability.
Seating Tickets and Links
Prior to each event, you will receive a unique access link via email that enables you to access the Zoom event. This link is unique to you and works for one device only. Think of this unique link as your event "ticket".
Each of your renewed seats is eligible to receive a unique access link for every event, just as you would receive a ticket for each of your seats to every event in the theater.
If you own more than one seat and your other seatholder(s) will be attending from different devices and/or locations (i.e. your other seatholder(s) do not live in your household), please provide additional email addresses corresponding to those seatholders so they can receive a link.
Note: While there is an option to provide these additional email addresses in this form, you do NOT need to provide them today. You can email them to us at email@example.com at any time and we will add to the database.
If you can't attend on a particular evening, you are welcome to send your personal link to someone else to attend in your place for that event, just like you would with an in-theater ticket. Just know that only one device can use the link at a time, and you would not be able to attend once that other person logs on.
Please note that you will not be immediately charged upon submission of this form. We will review and confirm the details of your order as well as contact you via phone to accommodate any requests you submit. You can expect your card to be charged within 2-4 business days.
