Please use this order form to securely submit your subscription renewal order, payment information, and seating request(s) for the 2021-2022 season of the Wasatch Speaker Series, Presented by Intermountain Healthcare.

Renewal Period Overview
The subscription renewal period will begin on Tuesday, August 17th, at 10 am and run through Wednesday, September 1st, at 11:59 pm. During this time, all subscribers have the opportunity to renew their Wasatch Speaker Series subscription seats for the 2021-2022 Season.
 
After September 1st, any unrenewed seats will be released and made available for others to purchase.

If you are not the individual who originally purchased your seat(s), you may still submit this form to pay for the renewal of subscription seat(s). You will need to provide the name of the primary subscriber. We will honor the priority order of any seating requests you make based on when you submit this order form.

Seats in Multiple Sections or Price Points?
Please submit a renewal order for each of your different seating price points.

Requests to Add Seats for Friends/Family
When submitting your renewal order, you may also request additional seats for friends and/or family, or submit a request to move to a different seating location in the venue.
 
Requests will be accommodated in order of priority based on the timestamp of when this form is submitted. We are sold out with a substantial waitlist. However, we will alternate between the external waitlist and our subscriber request list to accommodate any availability.
 
Note: You must first renew your current seats before we can accommodate requests to add seats or change seating location. We will follow up with you directly via phone in the coming days to coordinate your request as a separate transaction, again, in order of priority and based on availability.
 
Tickets and Virtual Event Links
The first two events of the Season will be presented virtually via Zoom only. Prior to these first two virtual events, you will receive a unique access link via email that enables you to access the Zoom event. This link is unique to you and works for one device only. Think of this unique link as your event "ticket". 
 
Each of your renewed seats is eligible to receive a unique access link for these first two events. If you would like your other seatholders to receive their own unique link to access the events (from another device or location), please provide their email address in this form OR you may send their email address to info@wasatchspeakers.com at any time. 

For the five in-theater events taking place at Abravanel Hall, we will email you electronic tickets via our new ticketing platform, Ticketspice. Your in-theater tickets will be very easy to access and display on a mobile device, and there is an option to easily transfer them to others if you so choose.

Virtual Broadcast Opt-In for In-Theater Events
Also, we will be broadcasting each of the five in-theater evenings virtually via Zoom live from the theater for ticketed subscribers who have purchased physical seats. If you decide not to attend an evening in-theater and in your physical seats, you can opt into participating virtually through the Zoom broadcast. We will provide more information on how to opt-into the virtual broadcast for any evening closer to the start of the season.

Capacity
As always, the Series is presented for and available exclusively to subscribing members of the Series only. Non-subscribers will not be able to access or view any of the events.
 
Processing Time
Please note that you will not be immediately charged upon submission of this form. We will review and confirm the details of your order as well as contact you via phone to accommodate any requests you submit. You can expect your order and payment to be processed within 2-4 business days.
 
We will email you your tickets to the five in-theater events via our new ticketing platform, Ticketspice, in the next 1-2 weeks.
