Things to Know:
All forms must be submitted to be considered fully registered and to ensure a spot on the team. Space is limited and spots will be filled on a first come first serve basis.
If your child has a pre-existing physical condition, a physician will need to medically clear your child in order to participate in the program. Please see below attached medical clearance form.
Your progress on the online registration form can NOT be saved once started.
