This application is meant for non-profit organizations which were ineligible for CARES funding (in most cases, those set up as 501c(7) or 501c(8))

Organizations which received funding via our CARES-era grant programs are NOT ELIGIBLE at this time.

If your organization is a 501c(3) and you were denied a grant in 2020-2021, you may apply but we cannot guarantee we will award funds to your organization.

Please fill out ALL fields below - and note, we do require some basic revenue figures from 2019-2021 to confirm revenue loss.
