Student Club/Organization Online Registration Form

This form must be completed and submitted electronically to the Student Life Office no later than Friday, October 21, 2021 and is required for all student organizations (club, honor society, etc.). Be sure to read all instructions before completing each section. A Student Life Office representative will contact you within 48 hours of your submission to notify you of the status of your student organization.

In order to register your student club/organization, you will need the following items 
  • Roster (minimum of 10 members including executive officers)
  • my.middlesexcc.edu email addresses of all listed members
  • Constitution
  • Faculty/Staff Advisor
