Waiver of Liability and Consent to Treatment

NWFC requires a liability release from everyone who fences at the club. Unless NWFC already has a signed waiver from you, fencers registering for a camp or tournament must provide at check-in a signed copy of the NWFC Waiver which includes the Liability Release and Permissions for Minors.

Code of Conduct

  • Campers represent themselves, their families, clubs, and the sport. They are expected to treat other campers, staff, and host families with respect.
  • Campers are expected to be courteous guests in their host families' homes. They must follow the rules of the household in which they are staying.
  • Campers will follow all federal, state and local laws, including restrictions on alcohol, smoking, and curfews.
  • Violations of these rules may result in a camper being sent home. NWFC staff will make that decision; no refunds of fees will be given for campers sent home due to misbehavior.
Yes, I have read and agree to these terms. *
