Lunch Tickets must be submitted no later than 9am. If you forgot to submit it in time or forgot to send a lunch with your child and need to sign up for a lunch after the 9am deadline, please make sure to call the office at 724-935-6880 to inform us and make sure we received the order.
Cancellation of lunch tickets: Lunch tickets are nonrefundable, but you can move the lunch to a different day if your child will not be at camp for some reason. Please call the office before 9am to inform someone of the change or the lunch will still be made. Sometimes children arrive late so the lunch ticket will still get sent to the kitchen.
Switched weeks: Please remember to let us know if you switch a week that you had lunches signed up for. Staff will not automatically transfer the lunches without knowing. If you do not let us know the lunches may be made and will not be available to carry over.
