Last Day of School
Please make sure to check on your child's last day of school before registering for that first week of camp.  Some school districts are running into that second week of June. 
 
What needs to be filled out besides this registration form?
Don't forget to also fill out the Emergency/Health Form online. It is required when registering for the camp.  Please go back to the online forms tab and fill it out. 
 
Lunch Tickets
These are also available as an online form.  They must be turned in a week in advance.   
 
Field Trips-These are suspended as of now for this summer. 
These are available for children age 10+.  Please see the separate form for the trips that are available.  They are offered on weeks 3,5,7,9.
 
Swim Lessons
These are included in the camp for ages 4-8 so you do not have to fill out the swim lesson form or pay any additional money for those.
 
Coupons
Any coupons recieved for day camp tution will only apply towards the regular camp rate.  The coupons are not valid with the early bird discount or mid spring discount rate. Also only one coupon can be applied towards each child.
 
*Weeks that fill up will become unavailable online.  Please make sure that if you need to switch a week that you email or call the office to get approval first.

Cost Per Week
This is the amount that you will pay weekly based on the number of weeks you choose to send your child.  You will see the amount a weeks listed below with prices for cost per week, regular rate, and discount rate. 
 
Regular Rate
Allows you to select the number of weeks you need and pay by the week during the summer.   If you do not pay in full, you must put down a $100 Deposit with the registration form you reserve your childs' spot.
 
Discount Rate
The discounted rate is only available until February 15th and April 1st.  You must select the number of weeks you would like your child/children to attend and pay in full to receive the discount.  This discount cannot be combined with any other offer.
 
Multi-Child Rate: 
This discount is only available to families registering more than 1 child.  You can not combined it with the Early Bird Discount Rate or the Mid Spring Discount listed above.  Please see more details listed below about the offer.  The primary child will fall under the regular rates, while the additional children will be offered the multi-child rate.  
 
If you need to back out of a week, refunds are available until May 20th.  After that you can move your week to a different week upon approval but will not be refunded.

If you would like to pay weekly, you do not need to pay for any weeks when registering.  Please skip all payment sections and just select the deposit box and project fee box below to register.  The total should be $110 when calculating the total.  If you decide to pay for a few weeks now, please use this section and apply the number of weeks you would like to pay for in the corrisponding box that is beside the overall total number of weeks attending. (All unpaid weeks must be paid a week in advance, payments can be made online under the Additional Tuition Payments Form.)

Only use the Multi-Child Discount if you are signing up for the Regular Rates.  Early Bird & Mid-Spring Discounts are better pricing if you are paying in full by those deadlines. 

MULTI-CHILD DISCOUNT Information

How to determine if you qualify for the multi-child discount. 

  1. Do you have more than 1 child you would like to register for camp?
  2. Are you taking advantage of our Early Bird Discount?

If you have more than one child that you are registering, and you are NOT taking advantage of our Early Bird Discount Pricing, then you will qualify for our multi-child discount.  The multi-child discount can not be used in addition to the Early Bird Discount.  Only one discount can be used. Also, if the primary child backs out of weeks signed up for, the remaining child(ren)’s tuition rate is subject to change.   

In order to receive the discount, the first child (primary child) must be registered for the most individual weeks of camp.  Cost for that child will remain under the regular rates, which are determined by the number of weeks you sign up for.  (Weekly Rates:)

* Deposit:  The $100 deposit/per child only needs to be paid if you are not paying in full for the tuition.  It must accompany the regisration form to reserve a spot for your child/children.  Then weekly or monthly payments must be made prior to your attending week. If you come the total amount of weeks you signed up for you can apply the $100 deposit towards your last weekly payment.  If you back out of a week after June 1st you will lose your deposit if you do not move that week to a different week.
 
* Project Fee:  A $10/per child project fee is also charged and is a one time fee that needs to accompany the registration form.  This helps us to provide better projects for the children and a t-shirt for every child.

RULES, REGULATIONS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • Please read through all the rules and regulations.  Additional Rules and Regulations can be found on our parent policy guide online. You will be required to read through and submit that form online.  
  • No refunds after May 20, 2021.
  • $50.00 processing fee for ALL refunds over $100.
  • $25.00 processing fee charged for ALL refunds under $100.
  • You can switch a week to a different week as long as you get it approved with the office first.
  • Meal Tickets are available at any time up to one week before usage.
  • If camper registers for 5 or more weeks, he/she is automatically made a swim club member for entire summer. Parents must pay a guest fee to get in or register for a separate pool membership.  Parents can only attend the pool as a guest while with the child/children that hold the membership. 
  • If you are not taking advantage of the early bird discount, a $100 deposit per camper is required for registration.
  • ALL TUITION IS TO BE PAID BY THE WEEK AND NOT DAILY. THERE ARE NO DAILY RATES. (PLEASE DO NOT CALL AND ASK)
  • Weekly payments will be charged a $30 per week per camper late fee if not paid by Monday of the week they are attending. Payments can be made online at windwoodpark.com, under the online forms tab.  Click on Additional Tuition Payments Form to make your payment. Checks may also be dropped off at the upper day camp during drop off or pick up. 
  • You must get approval from the office before switching or adding a week.  If the week has NOT been approved by the office and you bring your child on a week he/she is not signed up, you may not be able to drop your child off if there is no room within that age group.  You will also be charged an additional late fee of $20 if you added the week after May 20th or if you did not get approval and sent your child on a week they were not signed up for.  
  • If you need to switch or add a week, please email windwood@zoominternet.net. Leave a message with childs' name and the week you are switching FROM and TO.
  • If your child does not attend camp and you want a lunch switched to another day, you must call (724-935-8319) and inform us a day in advance. If not, the lunch will be made and cannot be moved to another day. Lunch Tickets are nonrefundable.
  • If tuition is not paid on time, director has the right to suspend the child/children until payment is made.
  • All children will be required to pass a deep water test in order to swim in the deep end of the pool and also the waterslide.
  • Campers registered for camp, must also fill out the Emergency Card, Health Report, and Parent Policy Guide upon registration.  
  • No one will not be allowed to stay on the property with the children during camp unless they are hired staff members. 
  • Campers must remain in their assigned groups, unless director has approved a switch.
  • Covid-19 Restrictions will be posted soon.  All parents and campers must abide by those rules while attending camp.

Terms of Membership Agreement

  1. The camper and parents agree to abide by rules and regulations set by the Director for health, safety and welfare of campers.
  2. Windwood is not responsible for the camper's equipment or personal belongings if lost or damaged by fire, theft or otherwise. The camp will make every effort to provide proper supervision so that losses will be at a minimum.
  3. The Director reserves the right to cancel, sever or suspend a child's enrollment if deemed in thebest interest of the camper or the camp in which case the unused camp fee will be refunded.
  4. Each week's tuition will be paid in full before the child begins his/her week at camp or a late fee of $30.00 will be added to each late week.
  5. There will be a $10 project fee per child, charged upon registration.
  6. No refunds of any kind after May 20, 2021.
  7. Emergency Information Cards must be filled out online and completed by May 20th.
  8. Deposit amount of $100.00 is not refunded after 5/20/2021 unless weeks registered for have been attended, then it can be applied to your last payment for camp.
  9. A $20 late fee will be charged for coming on weeks your child was not signed up for.  
  10. Covid-19 restrictions will be in place for this summer.
