Agreement

I agree while sponsorship does afford some benefits (detailed above), the higher purpose is to help D3 import the values of teamwork, sportsmanship and fair play. Sponsorship of the challenger league does not permit sponsor to have any rights or responsibilities in the operation of the D3 Sports & Recreation, Inc. team and/or player. Nothing herein shall make us partners or joint ventures. The Sponsor and D3 Sports & Recreation, Inc. are independent contractors with respect to one another, and neither shall have any authority to represent or bind the other in any manner or to any extent whatsoever, except as specified herein. Any reference to the sponsorship under this agreement must make it clear that the sponsorship is with D3 Sports & Recreation Inc. ONLY. use of the marks of logos of D3 Sports & Recreation, Inc. is prohibited, unless permission is expressly granted in writing by D3 Sports & Recreation, Inc. D3 Sports & Recreation, Inc. agrees to provide the above listed benefits for the sponsorship commitment. For the above considerations, the sponsor donates to D3 Sports & Recreation, Inc., understanding that its donation is to benefit D3 Sports & Recreation Inc.
