3 REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR PACT ACT REPORTING

1. COMPANY EIN
An EIN# is a 9 digit number provided from the IRS on Form SS-4. Why do we need this? We are PACT Act Compliant in all states we distribute in as well as registered with ATF and USPS. This means we are required to provide monthly reports of who we ship vape products to, required in these various reports are 3 items: EIN and Resellers Permit. Failure to provide this info will result in our inability to ship your product. * 🛈

2. COPY OF RESELLERS PERMIT
A resellers permit is a document that allows retailers to purchase goods for resale without having to pay local sales tax for those items. Your reseller number is NOT the same as your tax ID/EIN. If you are in a state that does not require reseller permits - please provide a copy of your company W9.

3. Business License OR Sales & Use Permit
This is a license that you recieve from you state verifying your business location and registration with the state. It is called something different in everystate.
