Peer Career Advisors (PCAs) are rising sophomores, juniors and seniors with a minimum GPA of 3.0 who can work at least 8 hours per week in the Career Development Office. PCAs will be moved into their housing early, and will attend a mandatory 4 day training (paid with stipend and providing breakfast and lunch) on Tuesday, September 1st through Friday, September 4th from 9am-5pm. Students will have to give a full year commitment to the position, and will not be considered if studying abroad during the 2015-2016 academic year. Students will be compensated $10/hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Counseling and answering questions during "drop-in" sessions with students
• Providing resume and cover letter critiques
• Helping students with interview preparation
• Presenting workshops on career-related topics like resume writing and interviewing skills for residence halls and student clubs and organizations
• Providing remote counseling and tabling at the Diana Center
• Assisting at special events and promoting Career Development programs and services around campus
INTERVIEW DETAILS:
If selected, 30 minute interviews will be scheduled in early April.
