Cancellation and "No Show" Policy:
Unless you have purchased an Aerostat Adventures Flight Ticket, all reservations do require a major credit card in order to hold your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you choose to pay cash the day of your flight, you can do so, but you will still need to provide a major credit card to hold your reservation.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your flight between 24 – 72 hours prior to your flight, we will charge your credit card $50 per person. If you cancel or reschedule your flight less than 24 hours prior to your flight, we will charge your credit card for the full fare. A "no-show" the morning of the flight is considered a cancellation and will result in your credit card being charged for the full fare. We are sorry for this inconvenience, but we can only carry a limited number of passengers per flight and by making a reservation, you are committing to us that you will be there for your scheduled flight. Should your flight be weathered out by Mother Nature, or forces beyond our control, there is no charge to you. Our cancellation policy also applies to customers making a reservation using a flight ticket. Please remember that flight tickets are non-refundable. If your flight is cancelled due to weather you would need to call to reschedule at 407-476-7101.
We require all passengers to check in the day before their scheduled flight. Please remember to call us at 407-476-7101, the day before your flight between 5 pm and 7 pm to check in, confirm meeting time, meeting location and to get a weather update for your flight. (You must call the day before your flight between these times even if the day before is a holiday!) If you are unable to call between this time you must let us know in advance so we can make other check-in arrangements with you. Anyone who does not check-in at this time will be considered a "no-show" for their flight and charged accordingly.
