Birthday Party Request

We're so glad that you're interested in holding a party at the Naperville Park District! Before you book, here are some important details and answers to frequently asked questions: 
  • All parties are 1.5 hours long and include:
    • Access to a multipurpose room
    • 15 participants
    • Two Naperville Park District hosts to lead activities
    • 15 cupcakes from DeEtta's Bakery and candles
    • Lemonade and water
    • Table cloths, paper products, and plain utensils
  • The Party Coordinator will contact you the week of your party to confirm details, order any add-ons, and answer remaining questions. Optional add-ons include:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               
    • Additional DeEtta's cupcakes: $1.50 each
    • 30 minute extension (pending availability): $50
  • You are able to bring in pizza, additional individually wrapped prepackaged snacks and other drinks for your guests. No outside catering is allowed. The Birthday Party Coordinator will give you recommended pizza delivery times for your party.                                                                                                                                                             
  • NO alcoholic beverages are permitted in any Naperville Park District Birthday Parties.            
  • The Naperville Park District Program Waiver and Release Form with emergency contact information must be completed for each child attending the party by their parent or guardian.
  • Only parents of the party child are permitted to stay in the party rooms, and one of the birthday child's parents must stay for the duration of the party. Parents of guests are welcome to stay, but may be asked to wait in the common areas of the Fort Hill Activity Center.
  • We are no longer offering princess visits at Princess Parties. You are welcome to bring your own princess, but we require a certificate of insurance from their employer.
  • Cancellation Policy: Parties cancelled up to two weeks prior the party date will receive a 50% refund, or be rescheduled for a fee of $25. Cancellations received less than two weeks from the event date are non-refundable

Gymnastics Parties: 4-12 years old
Fort Parties: 5-10 years old
Sports Parties: 7-12 years old
Princess Party: 4-8 years old
Block Party featuring LEGO®: 5-8 years old

Parties located at the Fort Hill Activity Center are only held on Saturdays and Sundays, and Knoch Knolls Nature Parties are held only on Saturdays. Parties can only be booked 3 months in advance, and cannot be booked with less than two weeks notice.
Parties are booked on a first come, first serve basis via email after this form is submitted.
