2025 New Special Event Rental Request Form

Thank you for submitting your special event rental request for the 2025 calendar year. Due to an increase in requests and the return of last year’s events the availability in 2025 is limited. At this time the District will only consider events that are taking place in the months of February, March, May, September, November or December of 2025. No other requests will be considered.

Those requesting a February, March, May, September, November or December date will be processed on a first come first serve basis. Consideration will be given to those requests based on the scope of the event, the requested location, date and time and the resources/support that is needed. Requests for the 2025 calendar year will be accepted through February 1, 2025. Event organizers will be contacted, via email, by a staff member within 5 business days of submission.

The request below must be filled out in its entirety by the legal authorized signer for your event. If your event is apprvoved, you will receive another form at a later date to gather specific details for your event.

The Naperville Park District reserves the right to approve or deny requests based on capacity, scheduling priorities, and any other factors that are deemed in the best interest of the Park District. Submittal of a Special Event Rental Request Form does not constitute approval.

Indemnification and Hold Harmless:  Event Organizer agrees to protect, indemnify, save, defend and hold harmless the Park District, its officers, officials, volunteers, employees, and agents (hereafter collectively referred to as “District”)  from and against any and all liabilities, claims for compensation, obligations, claims, damages, penalties, causes of action, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees for which the District may become obligated by reason of any accident, injury or death of persons or loss of or damage to property arising indirectly or directly in connection with or under or as a result of this agreement, whether such loss, damage, injury or liability is contributed to by the negligence of the Park District or by the premises themselves or any equipment thereon whether latent or patent, or from other causes whatsoever, except for claims, damages, penalties, caused of action, costs and expenses arising solely by virtue of any negligent act or omission of the District.
