If we are not acting as your external accountant and/or tax agent, consider seeking independent legal and accounting advice to ensure appropriate execution of this product. We can assist in the process with the consent of your advisers.

Professional Services

If additional training or assistance is required for the implementation of this product or any other service, below is our scale of fees (GST-exclusive). Consulting rates apply if we are not the Practice's tax agent.

For insurance and continuity reasons, lower rates apply to Accounting Clients as detailed below.

Note that all amounts are GST-exclusive. In accordance with the Goods and Services Tax Act (1999) from 1 July 2000, you will be liable for GST, and the appropriate amount will be added to your invoice.

These quotes are valid for 30 days and are subject to variation after this time.

If we do not prepare your annual financial statements and tax returns for the Practice, for insurance reasons due to a lack of continuity, unfortunately, the higher Consulting Client rates apply above.

Do you need a more cost-effective alternative?

We are happy to quote for your annual tax and accounting work to ensure lower ongoing support costs. If the Practice undertakes this option, then the lower Accounting Clients rates apply. You will need to be signed up for at least 12 months, and we prepare your annual financial statements and tax returns. We can provide a free no-obligation assessment on your practice structures, financial benchmarks and practice arrangements to see if we can lower your practice risks and increase your practice profitability.
