Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator Job Description

The Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our sales and marketing departments by being a resource to assist in a variety of tasks and would also maintain and develop our social media initiatives by writing and posting professional and relevant information  on social media sites.   

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media sites; write, secure business-related articles of relevance and post on social media
  • Serve as a resource for the sales team and provide pricing, item descriptions, prepare presentations, coordinate sales & marketing materials
  • Provide resources for the marketing team and coordinate the production of printed materials.
  • Graphic design experience with the ability to create visually appealing materials
  • Assist in the development of sales, marketing and promotional materials, including copy-writing for print and digital collateral (emails, social media posts, etc.), in consultation with supervisor
  • Other marketing or administrative duties as requested.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 2+ years' marketing and graphic design experience
  • Experience managing social media: Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, etc.
  • Familiar with B2B and B2C marketing theory, best practices, and trends
  • Familiar with marketing concepts and practices
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize various duties
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Google Suite products, Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong proofreading skills
  • Strong organizational skills are a must

Preferred Experience & Skills
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools

Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
