Job Purpose:
Play an integral role in the company’s success through supporting Departmental Managers, company reporting, and customer relations.
Key responsibilities:
- Reporting of employee hours, sales numbers, and tracking employee performance based on various components
- Gather information for meetings, and create departmental meeting presentations
- Collect information from department heads regarding company updates, news etc to assemble and distribute the company newsletter
- Schedule meetings and maintain departmental calendars
- Maintain schedules and time off requests for field workers
- Proofreading and editing documents from Managers
- Verify and correct field employee time records on a bi-weekly basis to ensure accuracy for payroll
- Misc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience handling inbound calls
- 2+ years working in an office environment
- Proficient in MS Office and/or Google docs/sheets/slides/forms
- Must be analytical and possess strategic problem solving abilities
- Must be extremely organized
- Must be highly responsible
- Must be detail oriented
- Able to type 50+ WPM
- Ability to multi-task while still ensuring accuracy
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a construction or home service industry a plus
- Must pass a drug test
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
