Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned appointments for on site estimates with our clients
  • Present product options and expert advice regarding client projects
  • Obtain accurate site measurements and job site pictures
  • Acquire new clients and schedule meetings for future business
  • Manage new and returning contractor accounts serving as the primary point of contact
  • Maintain relentless client follow-up and engage in positive interaction throughout the entire client experience

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to physically work while standing, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 20 pounds repetitively on a daily basis
  • Must be physically able and comfortable climbing up 8’ a-frame ladders to record measurements and inspect existing equipment or job sites
  • Able to work outside in the elements with extreme heat and extreme cold
  • Have and maintain a valid Minnesota driver's license for duration of employment
  • Consistently punctual and dependable
  • Personally responsible for managing time efficiently while on the clock
  • Maintain company provided equipment, parts, or tools in good working order
  • Ability to communicate appropriately with Clients, Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates in all interactions
  • Comfortable performing for or working directly with the public
  • Passionate and confident in the value of our products and services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure and pay close attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and results oriented
  • Positive attitude with focus on providing the best client experience possible
  • Proficient in G Suite with ability to quickly learn internal order entry system
  • Ability to work long hours with an unpredictable workload
  • Ability to thrive in stressful situations with a desire for success
  • Reliability. We need to be able to count on you

Schedule:

Full Time 45-50 hours per week

Wage:
$40,000-$50,000 Salary plus Commission and Bonus
