Coronavirus postponed concerts: Ticket exchanges, ticket donations and rescheduled Star Wars concerts.

New Jersey Symphony Orchestra Colton Fellowship - 2019
We are very upset that we need to postpone or reschedule your concert. Live classical music is our passion, and our life is bringing these experiences to you. We will be back in the hall soon, and we look forward to once again sharing concerts together.

Please fill out the request form below and select your preferred ticket exchange, donation or Star Wars reschedule option.
Note: If you have previously filled out this form during the postponement of March concerts, and would like to update your request, please fill out the form again with a new request. We will honor your request based on the latest submission. New ticket exchange options are now available.

Select your preferred option for the changes to your existing ticket (More information on each option will appear below after selection). *
Please select the 2019-20 season concert you would like to exchange your tickets into. To view a list of upcoming NJSO concerts and for more information on the programs, click here (opens in new browser window).
Please select the 2020-21 season concert you would like to exchange your tickets into. To view a list of upcoming NJSO 2020-21 season concerts and for more information on the programs, click here (opens in new browser window). 2020-21 concerts will be seated at a later date.
The NJSO will place the value of your tickets on your NJSO patron account.

There is no fee for this "open exchange" option; however, if you select a future concert that has a difference in price, or if you upgrade your seating section, you may be asked to cover the difference in the ticket value.
The NJSO will apply the value of your tickets to a gift certificate, which will be mailed to your preferred address. NJSO gift certificates never expire and can be used for upcoming concerts.
The NJSO has rescheduled the Star Wars: The Force Awakens concerts in April 2020 to the following dates:

Friday, March 19, 2021, at 8 pm at Count Basie Center for the Arts in Red Bank
Saturday, March 20, 2021, at 2 pm at NJPAC in Newark
Saturday, March 20, 2021, at 7:30 pm at NJPAC in Newark
Sunday, March 21, 2021 at 3 pm at State Theatre New Jersey in New Brunswick

Selecting this option will automatically reschedule your concert to the same day of week, venue, concert start time and seats as your originally purchased tickets. If you are not able to make the rescheduled concert, please email Patron Services at with a request to discuss further ticket options regarding your Star Wars tickets.

Current ticketholders for the Star Wars: The Last Jedi in Concert will receive an automatic refund. We hope to bring this concert to you in 2021–22 season.
The NJSO will apply the value of your tickets as a tax-deductible donation. A donation receipt will be mailed to your preferred address. Please consider this option as a way to further your support of the NJSO, which does not have a contingency budget for global pandemics, and will take a considerable financial impact as a result. We need the support of our patrons now more than ever. If you are able, we would appreciate an even more generous gift (opens in new window) to sustain the organization and to allow us to continue delivering high quality live classical music performances, education programs and community performances.
Due to the unprecedented nature of the event, the NJSO Patron Services department is experiencing extremely high call requests. We are currently working remotely and can not answer calls at our Newark office.

We will attempt to respond to you as quickly as possible, but ask that you allow 2-4 business days for a call back. Thank you for your patience. We appreciate having you as a patron and will work to make all possible accomodations. To receive a call back, please select this option and provide the best time for a call back in the notes section below.

Thank you for taking the time to fill out this form. Your health and safety are our top concern. We too are upset that this global health pandemic has resulted in postponed performances; however, we look forward to welcoming you to NJSO concerts in the future. You will receive an email confirmation of your exchange, Star Wars reschedule or ticket donation request, and in that email we will include a link to the NJSO Broadcast page, where we have a list of previous NJSO programs available for your listening pleasure.
