Teacher Appreciation or Tribute Gifts

LTEF's Tribute Program is designed to allow you to make gifts to the Lake Travis Education Foundation in honor of an individual or an occasion. Use this form to recognize a special teacher or a significant anniversary, or as an "In Memorium" tribute to a friend or relation who has passed away. We will acknowledge your gift, and follow your instructions to notify teachers, friends or family members of your thoughtful contribution in support of our schools.

Instructions

STEP 1: Submit your form by using the button that follows. You will receive a contribution receipt in the mail. If you prefer to pay by check, complete and print this form and mail with your check to: LTEF, P.O. Box 340759, Austin, TX 78734.

STEP 2: Please contact your employer's Human Resources department to see if they offer a matching gift program. Contributors to Friends of the Foundation are acknowledged for the full amount of the donation, including the match, and your contribution will be extended to help more students and more teachers.
