- Early Bird Discounts(Closes 13 April 2025)    $580.00 +GST                     $780.00 + GST
 
- Full Registration (14 April 2025 onwards)       $700.00 + GST                    $900.00 + GST
 
REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
  • Kai: Morning, Afternoon Tea & Lunch (Monday and Tuesday)
  • Access to renowned speakers, facilities, and event management services.
  • Conference name tag and entry to all conference sessions.
  • Conference Dress-up Dinner: Ice, Ice, Baby
  • PENZ Awards Evening (capped at 250 guests - first in basis)
PLEASE NOTE:
  • Regardless of whether an individual attends the evening events, we are unable to remove the dinner costs from the registration costs.
  • Beverages at the evening events are at your cost. There will be a cash bar and eftpos facilities available.
  • Beyond the 'Early Bird' discount, there is no other discounts available.
 
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All cancellations of registration should be sent in writing to EventMergers prior to 5pm Friday 13 June 2025. Cancellations received prior to this date will receive a refund less an administration fee of $150 including GST. Regrettably, cancellations after this date cannot be refunded. A transfer of a registration to another person may be considered on application to our conference managers.
 
SMALL PRINT
The conference programme and registration form are correct as at the date of release. However, the PENZ Conference Organising Committee reserves the right to change the conference programme and registration form at any time. The PENZ Conference Organising Committee and EventMergers shall not be responsible for any costs and/or damages arising from any action based on the information contained in the conference brochure and registration form. During the course of the conference and dinner we may take photographs for use on our website or in other promotional material.
