Children's RCIA (to become Catholic) Registration Form

You are now registering your child at Holy Rosary Parish in Seattle for the RCIA adapted Program for Children. RCIA stands for (Rite of Christian Iniation for Adults) which we adapt for children to become Catholic. RCIA for children program is for ages 2nd grade thru High School. As I register my child for RCIA class, I am willing to support my child's faith journey of becoming Catholic. I will make myself available to attend the RCIA class with my child and go to Mass on Sundays. *
