Children's OCIA (to become Catholic) Registration Form

You are now registering your child at Holy Rosary Parish in Seattle for the OCIA adapted Program for Children. OCIA stands for (Order of Christian Iniation for Adults) which we adapt for children to become Catholic. OCIA for Children program is for ages 2nd grade thru High School. As I register my child for OCIA class, I am willing to support my child's faith journey of becoming Catholic. I will make myself available to attend the OCIA class with my child and go to Mass on Sundays. *
