Welcome!

We are so excited that your child decided to join the 2023/24 Youth Confirmation program! The following registration form will take 10-20 minutes to complete.

We will ask you to upload a copy of your candidate's baptismal certficate if you have it available. The registration form will also ask candidates to answer a few fun questions about themselves and to upload a selfie. The selfie is not required, but a helpful way for our confirmation team to get to know the candidates!
