The total cost is $2,599 USD. A non-refundable $1,500 USD deposit is due at the time of registration and the remaining, $1,099 is due by July 1, 2023.
There will be no exceptions after July 1.

Parental Permission Agreement

Davis College agrees to enroll the student in the Summer Language Camp 2023 from 6 July – 29 July 2023.

In consideration of acceptance into the Summer Language Camp, the guardian agrees to pay the required fees as specified below.
The above tuition does not include expenses related to non-team-related travel, health insurance, personal expenses, incidentals, etc.

I understand my obligation to pay in full the total tuition and that no portion of any fees paid, or outstanding balance will be refunded or canceled in the event of absence, withdrawal, or dismissal of the above-named student from the Summer Language Camp unless there is a required shutdown for some or all of the Academy year due to Covid-19. I understand that in signing this Enrollment Agreement for the dates listed above, I am agreeing to accept all rules and regulations of Davis College as implemented from time to time at the sole discretion of Davis College as well as the rules concerning payment of fees as referred to above. I also understand that any and all damage that is a result of student action is the sole responsibility of the guardian/signee, and as such, a letter of consent from the parents or guardian is required and must be supplied to Davis College prior to Student arrival.

The Summer Language Camp will run from 16 July to 29 July 2023 inclusive and will provide classroom ESL instruction, knowledge about US college and University systems, sporting events, activities, and entertainment outings.

The total cost of $2,599 USD covers all expenses above described, as well as airport pick up, and local transportation for scheduled Camp activities, meals entry tickets to scheduled activities.

I agree that the child can attend the Summer Language Camp 2023 solely on his/her tourist (B1/B2) US VISA, and I will be responsible for the health insurance for the duration of the camp. (While health insurance is not obligatory, it is highly recommended considering the costs of non-insured medical attention.

My (our) signature(s) below affirms that I (we) have read, understand, and accept the terms and conditions of this agreement and all rules and regulations promulgated by Davis College. It also affirms that we award permission to our son/daughter to attend and participate in the ESL activities established in the Summer Language Program calendar, will also abide by the rules and regulations provided by Davis College, and will make personal arrangements in terms of international travel to Ohio and back home. We understand that a fully executed copy of this agreement will be returned to us after completion.

This instrument shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation or enforcement of this agreement, the parties agree to personal jurisdiction in Lucas County, Ohio.

Davis College COVID -19 Refund Policy

At Davis College, we are aware of how the uncertainty of Covid-19 has everyone feeling nervous and concerned, student life environment will be always as safe and healthy as possible –. Nothing is more important to us than the health of our students (and their families) and that of our staff (and their families).

In the event, a virus resurgence in Ohio disrupts our Summer Language Program. Set forth below is an overview of how we will generally address the issue of appropriate refunds within a series of different scenarios. We hope it will provide you with some peace of mind as you entrust your child to our care.

If during the Summer Language Camp, Covid – 19 returns in a significant fashion and impacts the College operation, we must first identify the length and nature of the disruption. For example:

-Are we required to put everyone in a 14-day quarantine?
-If the C-19 level rises, yet a full shutdown is not mandatory, do students choose to stay or return home?
-If students must go home, do they come back or should they stay home.
-What happens if a student is unable to return home and must stay on campus for a particular period?

All these scenarios are uniquely different, and our ability to service some or all aspects of the academy experience varies in each case. Therefore, Davis College will calculate the appropriate amount to be refunded or credited to next year's summer camps based on:

-What services continue to be provided either in person or virtually.
-The number of days left in the program.
-And the costs connected to each component of our program (noted above).
