CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
IceFlow is a gentle, yoga-inspired edge class designed specifically for skaters of all skill levels from beginner to professional. Connect leaning, twisting, and stretching movements with the breath as we flow with each other across the ice to music.
FitSkate is one of U.S. Figure Skating's newest on-ice classes. Fit Skate was first piloted at the 2021 U.S. Adult Championships in an effort to share a new way for skaters to be active in an on-ice group class setting. Geared toward adult skaters of all skill levels and ages, Fit Skate is an on-ice boutique fitness program conducted in 30-, 45- or 60-minute classes. Participants enjoy a group setting, where they can work on their agility, stamina, strength, and cardio through various on-ice exercises.
Skate & Sculpt is a strength and conditioning class that is geared towards skaters ages 18 and up who have tested Juvenile or above or are comfortable skating forwards and backward while maintaining control on one foot. There is nothing better than an old-school power skating class set to music, with a focus on positivity and reconnecting with your blades on the ice. We work on skating skills and exercises that Ashley learned while training with world-renowned coaches in the sport, and offer flexibility and modifications based on skill level.
