Virtual Test Session Registration Form

Please complete the form below to register for virtual FS, MIF, or Dance tests. Once completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the skater and their specified coach. Incomplete submissions will be ignored. Registered skaters will receive a Google Drive link to upload their video submission, Permission to Test form, and Performance Affidavit for Virtual Test Submissions form shortly after the close of the registration period. Skaters have 7 days from the close of registration to upload their video submission and documents for judging. Test scores will be emailed to skaters and coaches as soon as possible.
