CCEW Local Section Poem Contest Winners Submission Form

Only official CCEW Coordinators can submit local illustrated poem contest winners. CCEW Coordinators must complete this form by Sunday, May 1, 2022 at 11:59 PM Eastern.

Please complete the fields below to submit your entries. Poems may be submitted as PDFs or high resolution JPGs or PNGs, and must be accompanied by entry forms submitted as PDFs or Word Docs. DO NOT compress or reduce the resolution of the original illustrated poem file.

When saving your separate poem and entry form files, please use the following naming convention:

Grade-Category_First_Last_Poem.pdf

Grade-Category_First_Last_Entry_Form.pdf

For example, your files should look like this:

K-2_Jane_Doe_Poem.pdf
