CCEW Events Submission Form

This form is designed for official ACS groups to submit photos from their CCEW events. The deadline to submit events and photos is Sunday, May 15, 2022 at 11:59 PM EDT. ACS cannot guarantee your photos will be posted.

Please complete the fields below to submit your entries. If you are submitting photos, please rename your files with the name of your ACS group and number each photo. For example, your files should look like this:

Photo Release Agreement

I hereby grant to the American Chemical Society, its affiliates and licensees (collectively referred to as the "Society"), royalty-free permission, including the exclusive worldwide, irrevocable rights in all languages, to reproduce in all formats, including, but not limited to print, microfilm, electronic, and/or CD-ROM, the photograph(s) submitted.

Further, I hereby waive my right to inspect or approve any copy that is used in connection with the photographs and release and discharge the Society from any and all claims arising out of use by the Society of the photographs for the purposes described above. *
