CCEW Events Submission Form

This form is designed for official ACS groups to submit photos from their CCEW events. The deadline to submit events and photos is Sunday, May 12, 2024 at 11:59 PM EDT. ACS cannot guarantee your photos will be posted. For improved visibility, keep summaries to one paragraph (2-6 sentences) and no more than 7 photos. Photos with activities, should show all participants wearing googles.

Photo Release Agreement

I hereby grant to the American Chemical Society, its affiliates and licensees (collectively referred to as the "Society"), royalty-free permission, including the exclusive worldwide, irrevocable rights in all languages, to reproduce in all formats, including, but not limited to print, microfilm, electronic, and/or CD-ROM, the photograph(s) submitted.

Further, I hereby waive my right to inspect or approve any copy that is used in connection with the photographs and release and discharge the Society from any and all claims arising out of use by the Society of the photographs for the purposes described above. *
