Application Notes

本屆康樂棋比賽只接受網上報名。 Applicant must complete and submit this online application form to enrol for “The 2^nd Yue Hwa Novuss (Table Chess) Competition”.
本次比賽參賽者必須年滿12歲或以上。 Applicant must be at age 12 or above.
每位參加者只可遞交一份報名表格，重複遞交表格或填報資料不齊者，將自動失去參賽資格。Each applicant must only submit this application form once. Duplicate or incomplete form will be rejected.
參加者需提供Facebook ID 作為報名聯絡用途。 Applicant must provide Facebook ID for contact.
截止報名日期：2019年4月7日或額滿 Application deadline: 7 April 2019
比賽報名形式將以先到先得處理。 Application will be processed on a first come first served basis
成功報名參賽者將於2019年4月17日或之前收到手機短訊或電郵通知，確認參賽資格。參賽者必須於比賽當天出示確認參賽短訊或電郵，方可參賽，敬請留意。 Successful applicants will be notified by mobile SMS or Email on or before 17 April 2019. Successful applicants must present the notification SMS or Email on the first day of the competition for verification.
初賽無被抽中的參加者，會自動成為後備 Participants who are not drawn in the preliminary round will automatically become backups.
參加了團體賽人士不可再參加個人賽 Those who participated in the group competition can no longer participate in individual competitions.
