Thank you for reporting your soccer score.  If you were the winning coach OR if the game was tied you should report the game score.  Please also use this space to report a specific problem at a game. Please follow up with a call to the SFPAL office on Monday morning (after filling out this form) and let us know about it.  Whether it is positive or negative we need to hear from you because you are out on the fields each Saturday.
