Elearning production questionnaire
This questionnaire is part of an investigation of the cultural issues that arise when elearning is produced by companies, organisations or deparments from different national cultures. For example, a large amount of elearning is produced by Indian companies for clients in Europe and North America. This questionnaire, and the selected telephone interviews that follow it, will attempt to identify these cultural issues so that they can be more effectively managed by all parties involved.
There are 25 short questions, and the questionnaire should take no more than 20 minutes to complete.
To answer the questions, please choose an e-learning project that your company has completed, and indicate the extent to which you agree with each statement. The project you choose should have involved
clients, suppliers or departments from widely separated and distinct cultures
e.g. Indian on the one hand, and European or North American on the other. This project
should have involved at least some element of content development
(i.e. should not be pure technology implementation or sale of "off-the-shelf" products).
Please provide comments or notes by each question as appropriate
