Remember, Finca Bellavista is not a full-service resort, spa, or hotel. We are treehouse community and currently have rustic and/or limited services. Each of our rentals vary in terms of amenities, size, vibe, etc. PLEASE read the descriptions that accompany each rental on our reservations page before confirming your reservation. Please note that paid overnight rentals during high season (November 16 - July 15) include a continental breakfast at the community center. Lunch and dinner are available for purchase (CASH ONLY) during mealtime hours at the community center for $25 per person, per day. Your response on the below item will be necessary to plan for, purchase, and prepare meals, as w
e will need advanced notice if we are preparing meals for your party.

A credit card number is necessary at the time of booking to hold your reservation. In the event that you do not show for your reservation, a 50% charge will appear on your card.
Additional information, including directions, payment information, and additional pointers will be sent to you upon making a reservation.
Check-ins after 4 p.m. will NOT be allowed for treehouses. Alternative accomodations, if available, can be substituted for late arrivals, but will be charged the full nightly rental.
