Please fill this form out and submit. Then mail your item that you wish to have made into a Hugillow to the address below. As soon as we receive your item, payment and instructions, we will get to work right away! Please keep in mind that it does take up to 4 - 6 weeks to create a Hugillow, so please be patient! Let us know if you absolutely need it sooner.

We will do our best to use as much of the piece as possible but please keep in mind that we do need to cut the piece up in order to fit it onto a pillow. If there is a portion of the piece that you are sending in that you want to be sure is positioned on the pillow, please describe it in detail here:
