Envirian/Abuzz Realty Limited agrees to pay a NZ$500 referral fee under the terms & conditions as follow:

1.- Referring individual must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of New Zealand.
2.- Referring individual may not hold a current real estate license in New Zealand.
3.- Payment shall be made within 10 days following receipt of commission.
4.- Referring individual may self refer on their own purchase/sale and receive the full referral fee on their own transaction.
5.- Referral fees will not be deemed earned on any transaction that occurs more than one year after the referral is made.
6.- All referral fees due and paid will be disclosed to the Envirian/Abuzz buyer/seller client.
