Q:

My form shows "This FormSite.com account has exceeded its capacity." at the top. Why is this there, and how do I remove it?

A:

You may need to force your form to be regenerated. Do the following: Login, go to "Form->Edit" and select your form. This will regenerate your form. If you are now within account limits, your form will not have the warning message. Load your form, and click the refresh button on your browser.
