Cindy Riggs - Telephone Session Release Agreement

Cindy Riggs possesses skills of extra-sensory perception (ESP), including clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, remote viewing, Tarot, trance channeling and mediumship. She acknowledges that no human individual utilizing ESP is 100% accurate. Although her accuracy is well-known and respected, she must disclaim any an all liability to all persons, LLC’s or Corporations who act or rely upon the ESP impressions given at this time or in the future.

I hereby release Cindy Riggs from all liability arising out of any expectation of or reliance upon the ESP impressions given at this time. I acknowledge that this session is for entertainment purposes only.
