1. Promotion begins on 04/15/2007 at 12:01 AM ET and ends on 09/15/2007 at 11:59 PM ET, when all entries must be received. To enter, go to www.bridesnoir.com and complete the online entry form, and submit it as instructed. One entry per person. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsor’s (M. Press, LLC or Brides Noir Magazine) servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the web site. Use of bots or other automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or technical failures of any sort. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
2. Potential Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 09/30/2007, and will be notified by email, mail and/or telephone. If potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) days, or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to any prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. All decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects. The winner will receive one (1) destination-wedding gown by designer Ines Di Santo. Designer, not potential winner will select gown. Some size limitations may apply. Potential winner must provide accurate measurements to Designer. Potential winner is responsible for any alterations needed. (2) A 5-day/4-night ultra all-inclusive stay for two (2) adults at any Sandals Resorts of their choice located in Jamaica. Locations include: Sandals Montego Bay (Montego Bay, Jamaica), Sandals Royal Caribbean Resort & Private Island (Montego Bay, Jamaica), Sandals Inn (Montego Bay, Jamaica), Sandals Negril Beach Resort & Spa (Negril, Jamaica), Sandals Grande Ocho Rios Beach & Villa Resort (Ocho Rios, Jamaica) , Sandals Dunn’s River Villaggio Golf Resort & Spa (Ocho Rios, Jamaica), Sandals Whitehouse European Village & Spa (Westmoreland, Jamaica). The prize includes deluxe accommodations, all meals including gourmet specialty dining (excluding Gordon’s), unlimited premium brand drinks, nightly entertainment, all land and water sports, including scuba diving (for certified divers), snorkeling, gratuities, and transfers to and from the designated airport. Telephone calls, Red Lane Spa, tours & excursions, inter-island transportation, SCUBA certification courses, island departure taxes and purchases made at the Sandals Specialty Shops, and all other incidental expenses are not included. Hotel accommodations are subject to space availability and selected black out dates. Reservations will not be confirmed until 30 days prior to the selected travel date. Prize(s) must be redeemed for travel by April 15, 2008 and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No extension will be given after the prize has expired. Sandals Resorts reserves the right to relocate any confirmed prizewinner from their hotel of choice to an alternate resort within the Sandals chain based upon availability of space for the secured travel dates. A processing fee of $25.00 per room, per night double occupancy will apply. Payment by either credit card or check is to be made upon receiving hotel confirmation, or the reservation will be canceled. Confirmation of travel dates will only be provided 30 days prior to the departure date. (3) Airfare for two (2) provided by Air Jamaica, from their gateway cities. Seats are coach. Flight accommodations are subject to space availability and selected black out dates. A valid passport is required for travel to Jamaica and the Caribbean." Brides Noir magazine and Air Jamaica are not responsible for flight delays or cancellations. In the event that a flight is delayed or cancelled, Air Jamaica will do its best to find alternate travel arrangements for potential winners as quickly as possible. Prizewinner will be responsible for paying the taxes and service charge for the tickets. (4) A wedding feature in Brides Noir magazine. Potential winner is responsible for supplying print-quality photographs to Brides Noir. Owner of photographs must sign a release granting usage. Brides Noir magazinehas the right to refuse any photographs that are not commensurate with the image and standards of Brides Noir magazine. The total approximate retail value of this prize is $7,500.00 USD.
3. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
4. Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty(50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family/household members are not eligible to enter.
5. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where otherwise prohibited. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this sweepstakes, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors, and may modify or cancel this promotion based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability.
6. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Prize is not transferable. No substitutions for prize except by Sponsor in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.
7. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By providing your e-mail address, you grant Sponsor the right to send you commercial messages and share your address with others, unless specified otherwise as indicated on the entry form.
8. Except where prohibited: (i) acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner’s name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation; (ii) potential winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility (including social security number) and winner and travel companion may be required to sign a liability/publicity release; (iii) Affidavits and releases must be returned within ten (10) days of attempted notification or an alternate winner may be chosen.
