Barnard C.I.T.Y. Tutor Application Form

Please complete the following short application form if you are interested in participating in the Barnard C.I.T.Y. (Community Involved in Tutoring Youth) program at PS/MS 165. Barnard students will serve as after school tutors to members of the 8th grade class at PS/MS 165, with a focus on science and math subjects. Tutors will also assist with enrichment programs for students, such as college readiness, robotics, science, and/or basic financial fluency workshops. All Barnard students are eligible for the program.

* The Barnard C.I.T.Y. program will take place from 3:30pm to 5:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays on site at PS/MS 165 (234 West 109th Street, between Broadway and Amsterdam), beginning on February 12th. Please indicate your availability below. Students who can commit to both days of tutoring will be given priority in the selection process.
