On-Line Reservation Request

Please submit your tour reservation request by filling out our form below, and clicking on the "submit" button at the bottom of the page. Tours may be booked daily at the rate of $145 per person. Our tours include driver/guide to escort you through your tastings, bottled water and soda in the van, and a deluxe cheese plate.

***We regret that we can no longer pay for guest tastings. The ABC has approached the wineries one at a time to tell them that it is illegal for them to allow us to pay for your tastings. Some may be creating discounts for our guests because of this - we'll know more later****

When a reservation is requested, we require a deposit in the amount of $25 per person paid by check. Please mail checks to:

Five (5) days time is allotted for receipt of the check. If we do not receive the check within that timeframe, the reservation is considered cancelled and that date is again considered available for booking.

Last minute bookings must be paid in advance. Please call our toll-free line at 888 VA GRAPE with either a MasterCard or Visa card information. There are no refunds for last minute bookings. By filling out this form the guest understands this policy.

Please note all tour guests must have identification showing they are of the legal age to drink alcohol (over 21)

We are sorry but pets are not allowed on our tour to keep our vans comfortable for those who have allergies, and out of respect to the wineries who have pets on site.

Alcohol is not permitted in the vans by law.

****CANCELLATION POLICY****

Please note that cancellations must be received more than 10 days from tour date for refund of any deposit or prepayment of tours.

GIFT CERTIFICATES - Should cancellation be received by Arcady less than 10 days prior to tour date the certificate is considered used unless the seats are rebooked.

All tours are served a lovely cheese plate of imported and local cheeses, crackers, locally made hand dipped chocolate, and fresh fruit. Our sumptious lunch is available at an additional cost. We must have your lunch selection at least three (3) days prior to your tour date. Lunch is not always available on Saturdays.
