On-Line Reservation Request


You may submit a request by filling out our form below, and clicking on the "submit" button at the bottom of the page. Our all-inclusive tour fee is $115 per person Monday through Friday, and $125 Saturday through Sunday.

When a reservation is requested, we require a deposit in the amount of $25 per person paid by check. Please mail checks to:

Five (5) days time is allotted for receipt of the check. If we do not receive the check within that timeframe, the reservation is considered cancelled and that date is again considered available for booking. 

For last minute bookings, we take and charge your credit card for the $25 per person deposit which is non-refundable. By filling out this form the guest understands this policy.

Please note all tour guests must have identification showing they are of the legal age to drink alcohol (over 21)

We are sorry but pets are not allowed on our tour to keep our vans comfortable for those who have allergies, and out of respect to the wineries who have pets on site.

****CANCELLATION POLICY****

Please note that cancellations must be received more than 10 days from tour date for deposit refund.

GIFT CERTIFICATES - Should cancellation be received by Arcady less than 10 days prior to tour date the certificate is considered used unless the seats are rebooked.









All tours are served a lovely cheese plate of imported and local cheeses, crackers, olives,  locally made hand dipped chocolate, fresh fruit and nuts.  Our sumptious lunch is available at an additional cost. We must have your lunch selection at least three (3) days prior to your tour date.
